Hi guys! Hope you had a great thanksgiving weekend! My fav food pick of week is Abacha! Abacha is also known as “African Salad” and it is made from shredded cassava and garnished with large dried shrimp, crayfish, and utazi leaves. Some people make their Abacha with ugba. How do you like to eat your Abacha?
